The most likely reasons for the destruction of LED projection lamp series products are generally: the burning of LED bulb lamps and switching power supplies. In addition to the reasons of the raw materials themselves, under normal use, the larger one is likely to be leakage, and where does the water enter?

There are three places:

I. there are pinholes in the casing, but the human eye can't detect it, and the floodlight only carries out watering inspection, but such reasons are relatively few, and no key analysis is made;

II. There is a gap in the center of the left and right covers of the casing, which is related to the casing processing technology and the device. In addition to the reasons of the casing itself, the sealing ring should be installed in time when the device is installed, and the screws of the left and right covers should be clamped tightly;

III. leakage from the outlet hole of the group is the name of most manufacturers. The reason is that the screws of the outlet hole of the group are not clamped tightly, and the diameter of the outlet cable of the group is thin,

The internal sealing was not done well, and the whole process of installation and use was too hard, which involved the group's outgoing line, resulting in the looseness of the group's outgoing line and the loss of sealing effect of the group's outgoing line sealant. After the leakage from the group's outgoing line hole, the water entered the interior of the propulsion through the wire core and into the outer field of the LED lamp bead itself, resulting in the burning of the propulsion and entering the outer field of the LED lamp bead, resulting in the short circuit of some LED lamp beads, resulting in the burning of the load, At the same time, it will also electrolyze the LED lamp beads, etc.
